Refund and Returns Policy

At Stockderm, we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers with our high-quality skincare products. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns. Please review our policy below for further details.

1. No Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any of our skincare products. All sales are final. Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us at info@stockderm.com with your order details and photos of the product. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include sending a replacement product.

3. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in cases where:

  • The product is out of stock after the order has been placed.
  • You receive a damaged or incorrect product and a replacement is not possible.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
